The role involves creating and maintaining registration sites, EBM Department training and coaching, and collaboration to improve process and experience. This role impacts BMO's image and reputation through the enhancement of the customer experience through support of the Strategic Meeting Management System across all BMO Lines of Business. These events are highly visible and involve clients as well as senior-level executives. Creates and maintains internal standards and best practices to communicate the brand message in a consistent and effective manner. Creating and maintaining Cvent registration sites, ranging from simple to highly complex. Collaborating with SMMS Manager on consistency, coverage, process improvements/integrations, Cvent maintenance, template management, training & development. Collaborate with Team Leads and Co-Heads on implementation improvements and process Collaborate with SMMS Manager, EBM Manager, and Cvent contacts on process roll-outs and insights through meetings and trainings. Partner with Event Managers on their timeframes, brand consistency, and expectation management.
