About The Position

Execute and develop the strategic partnership plan, solving complex problems and collaborating across teams in a dynamic environment. The primary function is to drive partner strategy, resolve strategic partner issues, and ensure accountability, with the major objective of advancing the company's core values and delivering measurable value through effective partnerships. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in roles such as account manager, program manager, project coordinator (with exposure to executive stakeholders), or customer success manager/client engagement lead
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategic partnership plans
  • Background in business development, strategy, corporate development, or vendor/partner management
  • History of driving organizational growth, value creation, or transformation initiatives
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and align them to organizational priorities
  • Strong project and program management experience
  • Organizational alignment and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic partnership plans to achieve organizational growth and value creation.
  • Identify and secure new value opportunities from partners, driving measurable business impact.
  • Resolve complex strategic partner issues, ensuring effective solutions and sustained relationships.
  • Implement and oversee governance processes, holding all parties accountable for compliance and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially Sourcing, to build and deliver strategic workstreams.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for high-impact partner deals and contracts.
  • Lead and own the most strategic partnership negotiations, ensuring optimal outcomes for the organization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and excellence in all partnership activities.
