ROLE DESCRIPTION The Strategic People Partner (HRBP) will report to the Director of People Operations and have a deep understanding of the business in order to build the organization of the future. They will then customize and align people plans in order to meet business goals. People planning will involve all elements within the people function inclusive of recruiting, talent management, learning and development, total rewards, onboarding, ER, etc. Our successful Strategic People Partner will excel in influential communications, collaborating with cross functions, and a natural at building authentic relationships. This position will be based in the New York Metro area, with potential support to our employee populations in the Philadelphia, Florida and Connecticut markets, with occasional travel required.
