We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Client Protection Representative who thrives on activity, visibility, and measurable results. This role is the front line of our growth engine — creating opportunity, building trust in the community, and fueling the work that allows our team to serve more clients. This role exists for one reason: put jobs on the board so the team can serve more clients. You generate qualified opportunities by building relationships, increasing community visibility, and executing disciplined daily outreach. Through persistent communication, in-person relationship building, and CRM discipline, you create a predictable pipeline that fuels company growth and your personal income. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to property managers and local businesses
  • Follow up conversations with clear next steps via text and email
  • Visit local businesses and referral partners in person
  • Attend networking events and build face-to-face relationships
  • Add every new prospect and referral partner into the CRM
  • Log all calls, visits, notes, and follow-ups the same day
  • Maintain consistent daily outreach activity
  • Stay persistent even when people don’t answer or say no
  • If it isn’t in the CRM, it didn’t happen.
