Strategy and Operations Associate

Snout
17h$120,000 - $150,000Remote

About The Position

Snout is one of the fastest-growing wellness plan providers in veterinary care, trusted by clinics across the U.S. We just closed a $10M Series A and a $100M financing facility because millions of pets are quietly missing basic care, not from lack of love, but fear of the bill at the front desk. We're building the infrastructure that changes that, and we're looking for a Strategy and Operations Associate (remote, U.S. based) to partner directly with our Founder and CEO on cross-functional initiatives and investor relations. As a Strategy and Operations Associate, you'll be the CEO's hands-on partner and force multiplier, operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. You'll drive critical company initiatives, prepare executive level analyses and presentations for investors and the board, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks as we scale from Series A to B. This role requires someone who can seamlessly switch between building financial models, preparing board decks, managing strategic projects, creating playbooks, etc. It’s a bonus if you  have experience managing legal conversations and compliance requirements (regulatory, PCI, SOC2, etc.) This is your chance to help turn our ambitious vision into reality by scaling and operationalizing departments at an early stage startup. You'll support our leadership team in securing any funding rounds or financing, and orchestrate cross-functional initiatives that move the business forward as an overarching project manager. You will navigate the full spectrum of business functions: from operations to marketing to finance to recruitment to legal/compliance, etc. where you’ll drive impact wherever the business needs you most. If you're motivated by outsized impact, energized by variety and velocity, and ready to be the strategic force multiplier that helps scale a mission-driven company — we want you on our team! Snout is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We know that great candidates may not check every box — and that’s okay. If you're excited about this role and our mission, we encourage you to apply if you meet at least 75% of qualifications including the first bullet. If you need any accommodations during the application or interview process, please let us know — we’re happy to support you.
