Who You’ll Be Working With At PMG, Integrated Strategy sits at the intersection of brand, creative, media, analytics, and client leadership. This team helps clients understand people more deeply and turn that understanding into communications strategies that feel relevant, distinctive, and grounded in the real world. As an Integrated Strategy Senior Manager, you’ll be part of PMG’s Strategy & Insights practice and work closely with partners across Media, Creative, Client Strategy, Analytics, and other specialists. Together, you’ll shape how ideas move across channels, moments, and audiences so the full experience feels connected and intentional. You’ll also build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, guide cross-functional teams through complex questions, and support the growth of junior strategists. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys connecting research, culture, human behavior, and business context to create work that is both meaningful and effective.
