Program Details Duration: 10-week internship from May 18 – July 24, 2026 Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Work Environment: Hybrid – remote work from the state of North Carolina with onsite events at our Durham campus Residency Requirement: Interns must reside in the state of North Carolina for the duration of the program Experience: Hands-on project work that supports our customers and strengthens communities across North Carolina Mentorship: Interns are paired with a mentor and receive regular feedback to support their development What You’ll Do SPP is responsible for CuraCor Solutions’ diversification strategy and performance management for our platform of subsidiary companies and ventures. The team combines technical rigor with creative thinking to look beyond the obvious and imagine the possible as an author of CuraCor Solution’s inorganic growth and partnership strategy. Our division has a history of forging forward-thinking partnerships and investments with like-minded partners to blueprint the future of healthcare. SPP’s summer intern will gain experience working on a variety of projects such as: supporting strategy development for our deal pipeline and potential new ventures, conducting effective market research, analyzing key performance indicators, driving annual strategic planning, and presenting findings to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate degree seeking academic program, , Business, or Analytics and related fields
  • Strong curiosity, drive, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent time management and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Prior internship or project experience in Business Strategy or Product Strategy
