Position 1: Resident Assistant $9500 credit toward room and board charge $1000 stipend per semester Resident Assistant Position Summary: The Student Life Office is seeking motivated and community-focused undergraduate students to serve as Resident Assistants (RAs) for the academic year. A Resident Assistant (RA), at Keuka College, is an undergraduate student whose responsibility is to build community among residents, supporting diversity and inclusion, enforcing and supporting policies, providing after-hour services, and managing an environment that is conducive to sleep and study while creating opportunities that enhance a resident’s academic success and personal growth and development. Resident Assistants are expected to serve in this role for the academic year and this position requires RAs to live in their assigned residence hall or apartment in exchange for a discounted room rate and stipend for the academic year. Position 2: Orientation Leader $1000 one time stipend Orientation Leader Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Student Life Office, Peer Mentors (PMs) are well-trained in the exciting opportunities that Keuka College provides for its students, campus resources, and college policies and procedures. The purpose of Peer Mentors is to connect with their first year and transfer students from New Student Orientation throughout their first week at Keuka College to ensure they are finding their way to academic and personal success. Orientation Leaders will be trained to provide academic coaching in skills necessary for college success, such as time management, study skills, test-taking skills, and stress management. As an Orientation Leader, you will have the opportunity to share what you know about being a successful student who meets their academic goals while living an engaged and exciting extra-curricular life at Keuka College. Peer Mentors will be employed August 13, 2025 – August 31, 2025. Position 3: Peer Mentor $1000 per semester Peer Mentor Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Student Life Office, Peer Mentors (PMs) are well-trained in the exciting opportunities that Keuka College provides for its students, campus resources, and college policies and procedures. The purpose of Peer Mentors is to connect with their first year and transfer students after New Student Orientation throughout their first academic year at Keuka College to ensure they are finding their way to academic and personal success. Peer Mentors will provide ongoing support throughout students’ first year by assisting them in navigating college. In addition, Peer Mentors will be trained to provide academic coaching in skills necessary for college success, such as time management, study skills, test-taking skills, and stress management. As a Peer Mentor, you will have the opportunity to share what you know about being a successful student who meets their academic goals while living an engaged and exciting extra-curricular life at Keuka College. Peer Mentors will be employed August 1, 2025 – May 14, 2026. Position 4 KCSA Peer Mentor: $1250 stipend paid over two pay periods KCSA Peer Mentor Position Summary: The Keuka College Summer Academy (KCSA) Student Peer Mentor will reside with and mentor KCSA students during a four-week summer academic enrichment program. This position will normally begin mid to late July and end in mid to late August. Peer mentors are expected to reside in the same building with our incoming first year students for the duration of the KCSA.
