Join our Indianapolis Campus as a Student Support Leader! You’ll play a key role in providing academic and behavioral support to students in grades 3-12 with diverse and high-level academic needs. The Student Support Lead will work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure that all students have the resources and tools necessary to succeed. Requirements

  • You must be living in the USA and authorized to work here.
  • Teaching Certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Zoom and Microsoft Teams collaboration and meetings

Nice To Haves

  • Teaching Certification with a Special Education License preferred

Responsibilities

  • provide one-to-one and in-class support to students
  • assist teachers in modifying and adapting instructional materials and techniques to meet the needs of individual students
  • collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans for students
  • maintain accurate and up to date records of all student documentation, including IEPs, progress reports, behavioral plans and supporting data
  • meet with parents on a quarterly basis to discuss student progress and develop strategies for continued growth and success
  • provide coaching and professional development to teachers to enhance their ability to support students with diverse needs
  • supporting students both virtually and in-person
  • build strong and supportive relationships with both local and far-end staff
