Perspire is on a mission to bring the benefits of infrared saunas to communities in a friendly, comfortable, spa-like atmosphere. We’re seeking a full-time studio manager to join our leadership team in Perspire Sauna Studio West McKinney. Requirements
- Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals. We care about results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.
- A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people.
- Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.
- A history of excellence – a life story that shows us that you’re never satisfied with “just OK”.
Responsibilities
- Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You’ll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
- Working with guests. All the time.
- Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.
