The Studio Manager will be responsible for the hiring, onboarding, and supervising of team members; planning, and assigning daily, weekly, and monthly goals, providing excellent customer service and directing work tasks. The Studio Manager gets to lead all aspects of the employee life cycle with continuous coaching, annual performance reviews plus rewarding and recognizing high performers. Job Duties Include: Meet and exceed all sales goals and revenue-related key performance indicators (particularly new memberships, closing rates, renewals, and attrition) Manage, hire, train, and develop sales staff Lead all promotional, guerilla marketing, lead generation, and sales efforts, including: Tent and table presales storefront Street team tactics (flyer distribution, sign spinning, flash mobs, etc.) Engaging with local schools, businesses, and sports & community organizations Outbound contacts via phone, email, text Social media promotion Follow up and follow through with all prospective clients Lead OTF studio tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders Establish and maintain an effective customer referral program Conduct daily follow-ups with Sales Associates regarding attaining sales goals Train Sales Associates regarding best sales tactics and closing techniques Manage sales teamwork schedules Maintain accurate records and reports using established OTF systems Manage supplies and retail inventory Work closely with Trainers/Coaches to ensure that members have first-class experience on every they visit Participate in minimum of 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week Attend and participate in all relevant OTF training programs
