About The Position

New Mom School is a community-centered program designed to support moms through pregnancy and the first year of motherhood. Our studios provide expert-led education, meaningful connection, and a welcoming space where moms can build their village. We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Program Manager who thrives in a sales-focused role. This position plays a key role in growing the studio by managing incoming leads, enrolling new moms, coordinating events, maintaining community partnerships, and supporting social media engagement. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable guiding conversations that lead to enrollment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to new leads from Momence, website inquiries, social media messages, and referrals
  • Follow up with prospective moms through calls, texts, and emails to answer questions and guide them toward enrollment
  • Schedule and conduct studio tours or informational calls with interested moms
  • Track and manage leads in the CRM to ensure timely and consistent follow-up
  • Convert interested moms into enrolled participants in upcoming classes
  • Manage logistics and registrations for Bumps & Bagels events
  • Personally confirm attendance and follow up with registrants before the event
  • Help host the event day-of, ensuring guests feel welcomed and supported
  • Follow up with attendees after the event to answer questions and encourage enrollment
  • Track attendance and conversion results to improve future events
  • Maintain consistent outreach to key referral partners including OB offices, pediatricians, therapists, doulas, and local providers
  • Coordinate partner visits, drop-offs, and lunch-and-learn opportunities
  • Track communication and follow up regularly to strengthen referral relationships
  • Identify new local partnerships and community opportunities that support lead generation
  • Maintain communication with enrolled moms to ensure a positive program experience
  • Monitor attendance and proactively reach out if a mom misses sessions or needs support
  • Encourage continued participation in additional programs when appropriate
  • Manage the studio’s Instagram account, including posting, stories, and engagement
  • Respond to DMs and comments in a timely and professional manner
  • Share upcoming classes, events, and community highlights
  • Coordinate content using brand templates and guidance
  • Track weekly enrollment activity and progress toward monthly goals
  • Monitor lead sources, conversions, and event performance
  • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and outreach efforts
