About The Position

The selected candidate will be responsible for subcontract administration and procurement of services and material in support of multiple international programs under the Undersea Mission Systems (UMS) business portfolio. Primary job responsibilities will include supplier invoice processing and reporting, generating, managing and updating purchase order documentation in accordance with established polices and procedures, monitoring subcontract performance against contract and Statement of Work (SOW) requirements, and developing subcontract modifications for changes to scope, funding, and deliverables. Secondary responsibilities include support to Lockheed Martin proposals, to include creation of Proprietary Information Agreements, generating solicitation packages, evaluating offeror responses, validating compliancy of offers, and supporting Supplier negotiations on price and terms and conditions. Knowledge in subcontract administration including experience with various contract types (fixed price, Time & material, cost-based.) Ability to work in fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Requirements

  • Ability and commitment to drive closure of actions across the team as required and to complete supplier sourcing tasks to achieve subcontract commitments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Excel.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance
  • Knowledge in subcontract administration including experience with various contract types (fixed price, Time & material, cost-based.)
  • Ability to work in fast paced, multi-tasking environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Sourcing/Supply Chain roles in a Government procurement environment with FAR/DFAR experience.
  • Procure to Pay (P2P) experience or similar ERP/SAP system
  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain management or related field
  • Preferred candidates must be located near the locations listed in this posting
