About The Position

Seeking a Foreman with Transmission & Distribution (T&D) experience in Texas. responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations at a worksite to ensure the completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner. Travel & Compensation $47/hour $945 Weekly Per Diem 100% Travel Required within Texas Company Vehicle & Gas Card Provided Significant Overtime Available Full health benefits + 401k match

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Must meet company vehicle driving standards per Motor Vehicle Safety Policy
Must successfully complete company assessment program
Valid Driver’s License required
Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, push, and pull.
Ability to perform repetitive hand motions and operate field tools and equipment
Ability to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights using fall protection equipment
Ability to work extended hours, frequent overtime, night shifts, limited days off, and in adverse weather condition

Responsibilities

Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel.
Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors.
Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs.
Emphasize safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on proper PPE and work procedures.
Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.
Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials.
Read project plans, drawings, specifications and blueprints.
Create and manage schedules and monitor attendance of the crew.
Manage employees to ensure the project is kept on schedule.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.
