About The Position

The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality and the strong desire to create a wonderful experience for our Road America Guests. The schedule would be on the 10 public race weekends May – September. The shift is 7 am until the end of the race (typically by 6 pm). The schedule is flexible leading up to the public race weekend as to when it works for the candidate to get the suite(s) ready for that next race. Must be 18 years old or older.

Must be able to do lots of walking
Must be able to lift 40 lbs

Responsibilities

Work with the Hospitality Manager in the initial order of product at the beginning of the season, and what is needed for the next race.
Stocking the refrigerators in the Finish Line Tower Suites with beverages in advance of the next race. Coolers are stocked and inventoried with Bottled water, canned beer and soda.
Keeping a starting count and finished count of each suite for post-race billing by Road America.
Empty trash as needed in the suites during the game.
Keep the public walkways inside the Tower Suite clean during the event.
Must be able to do lots of walking as you will be walking from suite to suite checking with the individual suite hosts to see if they need any additional product refilled during the event.
Substitute as needed in case the host needs a break.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs (A case of bottled water, etc.) onto a cart for distribution.
Assist the suite host as needed on behalf of the guests.
Alert Maintenance team of any items in need of repair.
Alert the Hospitality Manager of any areas in need of cleaning prior to the next event so that they may schedule the cleaning company in time.
Do an end of season emptying of product from the Finish Line Tower Suites.
