What You Will Be Doing The Mechanical Engineering Intern will support Acushnet Company’s strategic initiative to expand production capabilities for its premium performance golf ball product lines, Titleist® PRO V1® and PRO V1x®. This team is at the forefront of developing next-generation manufacturing equipment to enable future growth and innovation. As part of a highly collaborative engineering group, you will provide hands-on engineering support across mechanical design, sub-assembly fabrication, electrical design, and automation controls. The role also includes conducting scaled experimentation and prototype testing, as well as regular time spent in the manufacturing environment working closely with engineers and technicians to support equipment development and process improvement initiatives. What You Will Bring Currently enrolled in a college or university degree-granting program in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Coursework in Mechanics of Materials, Thermodynamics, Statics, Dynamics, Power and Control Systems, IoT, or high-level programming Working knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks® Preference for candidates with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to work regularly on the manufacturing floor and interact with equipment Comfort working in an environment that may include exposure to dust, heat, chemicals, and noise Location and Duration: 5 Days onsite, New Bedford, MA June 2026- Mid August 2026 Compensation: $22-$26/hr Our Commitment to You At Acushnet Company, we are committed to helping our associates thrive both personally and professionally. Requirements

Currently enrolled in a college or university degree-granting program in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Coursework in Mechanics of Materials, Thermodynamics, Statics, Dynamics, Power and Control Systems, IoT, or high-level programming
Working knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks®
Ability to work regularly on the manufacturing floor and interact with equipment
Comfort working in an environment that may include exposure to dust, heat, chemicals, and noise
