About The Position

The ideal candidate for this Risk Management Intern position is a motivated, analytical individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of organizational risk. They are a student or early‑career professional eager to gain meaningful, hands‑on experience while contributing to key departmental initiatives. They excel at reviewing details carefully, assisting with basic insurance documentation, and coordinating information across the Risk Management team. This candidate is curious, responsible, and ready to develop a practical understanding of risk management practices within a collaborative, professional environment. Strong communication skills, a foundational understanding of business or risk concepts, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools enable them to contribute effectively from day one. Most importantly, they approach every task with enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to supporting the team’s goals.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in real estate or a closely related field
  • Current enrollment with a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester (undergraduate level) or 3 credit hours per semester (graduate level)
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
  • Available to work up to 40 hours weekly
  • A valid Nevada driver’s license
  • Legal right to work in the US, including authorization to work off-campus
