This immersive program provides exposure to all aspects of the roofing and construction business through a blend of field training, technical instruction, and management shadowing. Interns will gain practical experience while exploring potential career paths as a Construction Manager, Sales Manager, Project Manager, Superintendent, or related roles. Learning Objectives At the end of the internship, participants will be able to: Demonstrate a foundational understanding of roofing systems and construction processes through hands-on field experience and technical training. Apply problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills in both field and office environments to support successful project execution. Identify and prepare for a career path within construction management, gaining insight into roles such as Construction Manager, Sales Manager, Project Manager, or Superintendent through direct mentorship and shadowing.

Requirements

Must be currently enrolled in a college program or a recent graduate (business, construction management, or related fields a plus)
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
Driver's License: Required
Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong reasoning and problem-solving ability
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Ability to perform general physical activities in construction areas
