About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to join our team in the Arizona market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale exterior renovation projects from inception to completion. This role requires a leader with extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in the Arizona market, who can navigate complex projects and lead teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent, with a strong background in exterior multi -family / commercial construction.
  • Proficient in reading and understanding construction drawings and documents.
  • Extensive experience in roofing, carpentry / siding, windows/doors, and exterior painting on multi-level structures.
  • Ability to travel within Arizona and boarding states on a regular basis.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and on different types of terrain.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to final walkthroughs including project close-out
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, safety meeting logs and required documents, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Review progress and approve sub-contractor’s invoices.
  • Provide weekly updates via progress reports to management and customers.
  • Assist with detailed takeoffs and estimating.
