Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certificate preferred; or 5+ years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a maintenance lead or supervisor with direct reports.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic PLC knowledge; intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of ~15 maintenance technicians.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and equipment repairs.
• Diagnose and assist with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and basic PLC issues.
• Reduce machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Support the Maintenance Manager with maintenance policies and daily coordination.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, and all safety standards.
• Promote a strong “Safety First” culture.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
