About The Position

Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and supervise a team of ~15 maintenance technicians. Oversee preventive maintenance programs and equipment repairs. Diagnose and assist with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and basic PLC issues. Reduce machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and monitoring. Support the Maintenance Manager with maintenance policies and daily coordination. Ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, and all safety standards. Promote a strong “Safety First” culture. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certificate preferred; or 5+ years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a maintenance lead or supervisor with direct reports.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic PLC knowledge; intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience is a plus.
