Requirements

• Efficient in Microsoft Office - Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support of the daily operations of the order control department.
• Identify any escalated or expedited orders in the system that require special handling and address these on a daily basis, any orders that may not have been successfully allocated to their respective fulfillment channel.
• Ability to resolve open order (backlog) report issues of low to moderate complexity.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be available to work overtime when necessary.
