About The Position

The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor, in consultation with and under the supervision of Pharmacy Operations Manager and the Director of Pharmacy, supports the operational, personnel, and workflow needs of the Pharmacy Department. This role provides direct supervision to a defined group of pharmacy technicians and interns and serves as a key operational and people-management partner to pharmacy leadership. The Supervisor maintains competency in sterile and non-sterile medication preparation while assuming responsibility for staff oversight, scheduling, training, performance management, and daily operational coordination. Responsibilities
