This is a unionized position that falls within the Demand Side Management Division in the Power System Development Business Unit. The Supervisor, Program Performance - Income Qualified is responsible for all aspects of the design and delivery of Save on Energy’s residential income qualified programs (i.e., the Energy Affordability Program) programs, including contract management and business relationships with applicable energy consumers, stakeholders, industry partners, and third-party delivery agents. The energy sector is rapidly evolving, offering exciting new opportunities for those who want to make a difference. This role is exciting because it offers end‑to‑end leadership of high‑impact residential energy efficiency programs that directly support Ontario’s power system and electricity consumers. The Supervisor, Program Performance combines strategic program design with hands‑on delivery, driving measurable energy and demand savings while working with a broad network of industry and community partners.
