About The Position

Responsible for helping to direct the rehabilitation services department. Coordinates and supervises operations of the department. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department. Assures competency of all personnel. Assists in formulating budget, evaluates department performance, and responsible for and taking appropriate action to maintain departmental budget guidelines. Maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all corporate, state, federal and local regulatory laws. Schedule Full-time | 80 hours per two weeks | Onsite Days | Monday-Friday | Clinic hours 7am-5:30pm No weekends or holidays! Pay and Benefits Starting pay begins at $87,208.98per year and increases with experience Salary range: $87,208.98- $130,890.14 per year Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate Full time benefits : medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy program required. Currently licensed in the state of Minnesota as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist required. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy program required.
  • Currently licensed in the state of Minnesota as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
