Responsible for helping to direct the rehabilitation services department. Coordinates and supervises operations of the department. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department. Assures competency of all personnel. Assists in formulating budget, evaluates department performance, and responsible for and taking appropriate action to maintain departmental budget guidelines. Maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all corporate, state, federal and local regulatory laws.
