The Supervisor contributes to the day-to-day operations of The Bartolotta Restaurants seasonal beer garden, Roundhouse. Ensures consistency in daily standard operating procedures to follow Bartolotta standards and expectations. Supervises the team to ensure efficient workflows and consistency; mentors staff in providing exceptional guest experiences. Oversees management of property operations when the Manager is absent. Manage a small staff of crew members through daily operations. Maintain daily reporting and log books.
