The Supply Planner will own core supply planning and inventory management processes end to end, while also helping refine, modernize, and scale planning capabilities to support a growing business.   • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related analytical field
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory, supply, production, or demand planning roles; consumer brand or retail experience preferred
  • Experience managing supply for seasonal, promotional, or fast-moving product categories
  • Strong understanding of inventory dynamics, vendor lead times, and omnichannel fulfillment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including modeling, analysis, and automation (not just static reporting)
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; DAX, SQL, or scripting experience a plus
  • Experience working with planning and forecasting systems, with the ability to operate effectively both within and outside those tools

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end supply planning from demand forecast through receipt at fulfillment centers in support of commercial, financial, and operational objectives
  • Serve as the primary owner of inventory health and performance across the business
  • Define, track, and improve inventory KPIs including in-stock rates, turns, excess, and allocation efficiency
  • Own excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory identification and depletion strategy
  • Balance inventory across fulfillment centers and logical locations through ongoing analysis and execution
  • Ensure fulfillment readiness for launches, campaigns, and peak periods, proactively communicating risks, delays, or constraints
  • Lead weekly and monthly inventory reviews, driving action plans and accountability across cross-functional partners
  • Provide leadership with regular, executive-ready visibility into inventory health, investment strategies, risks, and tradeoffs
  • Maintain accurate item master data and lead regular reviews, including seasonal transitions
  • Serve as trained backup for inventory syncs and adjustments, including execution and analysis
  • Lead assigned areas of the S&OP supply review, capturing key discussions, decisions, and follow-up actions
  • Partner closely with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align supply plans with business priorities
  • Independently develop clear summaries and recommendations that support timely, data-driven decision-making
  • Potential opportunity to assume ownership of factory capacity planning for key vendors
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements that reduce lead times, increase flexibility, improve service levels, and minimize waste
  • Design and implement tools, automation, and data flows to improve planning speed, accuracy, and decision quality
  • Develop strong working knowledge of ERP, WMS, and planning systems to support scenario analysis and execution
  • Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions for all assigned processes
  • Participate in projects and key initiatives as business needs evolve
