We’re not just a marketplace — we’re a passionate, fast-moving team redefining how people buy and sell cars online. We’re now hiring a Support Associate to join our growing team. You’ll work alongside our existing client support team and team of auction managers to deliver an exceptional experience to all users who require support, whether via phone, email, or chat. You will serve as the front line of inbound support, and will set the bar for exceptional support at Cars & Bids. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that blends automotive knowledge, communication skills, and a genuine love of helping others. If you’re obsessed with cars, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to deliver exceptional customer support via phone and written mediums, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • A deep passion for enthusiast cars and the automotive world
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle sales and the enthusiast space
  • Experience providing high-touch customer support in fast-paced settings, ideally at startups, marketplaces, or online platforms
  • A professional customer-facing demeanor and the ability to quickly communicate with clarity, succinctness, and precision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational habits
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally
  • Adaptability, energy, and enthusiasm for startup-style environments
