About The Position

We are seeking a driven, eager to learn Account Associate to join our dynamic Surety team in Jericho, NY. Key Responsibilities Include Manage all administrative service delivery functions including bond issuance, modifications, renewals and cancellations, invoicing, collections, file and database management, and other related activities. Keep surety filing and database system organized and up to date (Erlon & Applied Epic) Responsible for accurate and timely billing Manage the clients’ daily bonding needs, including receipt and review of bond requests. Maintain ongoing communication with clients and their underwriters to ensure a high level of customer service and with Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure a high level of customer deliverables. Additional responsibilities as required

Requirements

• Data entry experience as well as excellent interpersonal skills are a must
• Competence in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Adobe
• Task and detail oriented
• Team player with demonstrated professional communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
• Notary License a plus
