About The Position

Leads the technical direction and operational management of enterprise-level surveillance and security systems across all Choctaw Nation gaming facilities. Responsible for project management, team development, and advanced system architecture while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and technical standards.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • Advanced Genetec Technical Certifications (Omnicast, Synergis)
  • Network+ and Security+ certifications or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in enterprise surveillance/security systems
  • 2+ years supervisory experience in technical environment
  • Expert knowledge of: Enterprise VMS architectures Network infrastructure and security Access control systems Storage area networks Project management methodologies Gaming compliance requirements (MICS/TICS)
  • Ability to lift 50LBS, work in tight spaces, and comfortable working on elevated platforms or ladders.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between facilities
  • Available for on-call emergency response

Responsibilities

  • Manages and leads the Surveillance Technology department, including supervision of all technician levels, resource allocation, and strategic planning for enterprise-wide surveillance operations
  • Design and oversee implementation of complex multi-site integrations
  • Establishes and maintains department standards, including technical specifications, operational procedures, and KPI metrics while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations (MICS/TICS)
  • Manage capital projects and major system deployments, including facility openings, system upgrades, and multi-site integrations across all gaming properties
  • Develops and oversees equipment lifecycle management
  • Creates and implements technical training programs, career development paths, and performance evaluation for all technician levels
  • Coordinates with executive leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of surveillance technology with organizational objectives
  • Conducts system audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews to maintain operational integrity across all facilities
  • Manage work order distribution based on technical complexity and skill levels
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned
