Title: SVP, Business and Data Transformation Reports to: Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Works closely with: CIO & SVP, AI and Data Services Role Summary: The SVP, Business and Data Transformation is a senior enterprise leader responsible for orchestrating and delivering TKO’s AI- and data-driven business transformation. Overseeing enterprise analytics, AI product engineering (“AI Factory”), and transformation project management, this role ensures that data, AI, and digital investments are aligned with business priorities and adopted at scale. Working in close partnership with the Chief Strategy Officer and CIO, the SVP will own the business-facing side of the transformation, embedding AI capabilities into daily operations, accelerating innovation, and driving measurable enterprise impact.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation, enterprise strategy, data/AI, or digital innovation roles in a DTC environment.
  • Deep understanding of data platforms, AI technologies, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes through data and technology.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into action and communicate complex concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with data governance, data privacy, and AI ethics frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and change management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a matrixed or holding company structure with brand-level P&L alignment preferred.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Data Science, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Transformation for Data and AI Serve as the primary business partner to functional leaders across marketing, content, operations, and events for data, AI and other digital tools. Act as the executive change agent to accelerate AI and data adoption across all business units, ensuring alignment with P&L leaders and measurable value delivery. Translate enterprise strategic goals into actionable and measurable AI and data initiatives. Collaborate with the CSO to ensure AI and data investments are aligned to brand-level outcomes and business performance targets. Lead the business and process transformation efforts required to successfully adopt and scale new data and AI capabilities.
  • Data and AI Leadership Drive the development and execution of an integrated enterprise Data and AI strategy. Co-lead the Data and AI Leadership Council (DALC) alongside the Head of AI and Data Services. Champion a culture of insight-led decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation.
  • Technology Investment Planning Shape and prioritize a unified roadmap for digital, data, and AI initiatives across the enterprise. Monitor and report on return on investment (ROI) for all data and AI programs. Provide transparency and accountability for tech investments across brands.
  • Governance and Data Stewardship Support governance on data quality, lineage, access, privacy, and regulatory compliance across the enterprise. Partner with technology and legal teams to ensure governance frameworks are business-relevant, actionable, and embedded into operating processes. Oversee the implementation of advanced AI-driven capabilities (e.g., real-time insights, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics). Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices and usage.
  • Business Insight Consolidation & Scale Consolidate insight and analytics functions currently embedded in strategy or brand teams into a single, scalable capability. Establish and lead a central capability that enables self-service analytics and real-time insights that empower leaders and teams to make data-driven decisions with speed, consistency, and confidence. Develop common data definitions, metrics, and reporting frameworks to foster consistency and comparability across the enterprise.
