About The Position

The person in this role is responsible for assisting in the user and student provisioning process for the new Anthology systems. Additionally, this person will support workforce users, troubleshoot access issues, document processes, assist in release management processes, and other assignments that come from the Anthology implementation. This position reports to the Application Administrator, who will oversee the work assignments and day-to-day responsibilities.

Requirements

• Technical Training: Ability to provide basic technical training to peers.
• Technical Support: Familiar with troubleshooting and support for various IT issues related to Anthology.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage equipment and support tasks effectively.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and students.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Technology Education: Studying Technology, administrative assistance, finance, and/or Business.
• Software Systems: Working Knowledge of software systems and IT infrastructure.

Nice To Haves

• Technical Support: Experience in technical support roles
• Collaboration: Experience working in group projects or team-oriented environments.
• Project Management: Experience in IT processes, planning, software, infrastructure, etc.

Responsibilities
