About the team The IT group supporting a bank in Puerto Rico ensure smooth and secure operation of the bank’s technology infrastructure. Their role is crucial in providing reliable and efficient services to Clients while safeguarding their financial data. What you will be doing Provide Wintel support for the hosted systems. Support escalations from engineers for day to day and projects. Serve as the subject matter expert of customer environments. Expert in Windows Server 2012+ Administration. Expert in Windows 10+ OS Desktop administration. Provide technical leadership and mentoring for other engineers on your team. Manage and maintain customer server environments in our hosted platform, on premises (remotely), and cloud native environments. Manage and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops as well as maintenance of Citrix backend infrastructure. M365 Migrations and Tenant Administration. Microsoft Intune Administration. (including autopilot) Azure AD Administration, MFA, and Single Sign On. Server Builds and application deployments Assist with audit and vulnerability remediations for workstation and server environments as needed. Working with various teams and managed incident management teams to resolve support escalations and outages. Proactive maintenance of the hosted systems. Expand platforms as necessary and refine processes for better environment performance. Bonus if you have Flexibility and adaptability to work with different technologies, systems, and applications. The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of Linux. Strong analytical skills to interpret and analyze data and make informed decisions. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement. A willingness to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
