Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years administering Windows desktop environments
• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint management tools
• Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration platforms

Nice To Haves

• Relevant Microsoft or enterprise desktop certifications
• Experience supporting AV and conferencing technologies

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows desktop environments
• Manage endpoint deployment, patching, and asset inventory
• Support enterprise print and peripheral solutions
• Provide Tier 2 support for collaboration platforms
• Support audiovisual systems for conference and meeting spaces
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
