We’re more than aviation experts, we’re pioneers. We challenge what’s possible. From breaking the sound barrier to advanced tiltrotor systems. Today, Bell is shaping the future of aviation through specialized engineering. And we want you. We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold aircraft. These roles are onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Systems Engineers, MBSE Bell’s Digital Systems Engineers play a pivotal role in the coordination, development, and management of technical requirements and risks for aircraft programs. As a Systems Engineer you will engage in activities such as developing and refining Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models using CAMEO and System Modeling Language (SysML). Your work will emphasize system decomposition, functional analysis, interface definition, and performance modeling to describe and analyze complex systems and software. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct trade studies, support system integration and verification, and ensure alignment with program objectives. You will also contribute to risk assessments, requirements traceability, and the continuous improvement of MBSE methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency in aircraft systems development. You’ll be able to hone your technical abilities on significant engineering problems, all while gaining experience in leadership and communication.
