Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an engineering field such as systems or mechanical engineering
- Experience performing engineering analysis on systems and components
- Experience deriving various types of requirements, including functional, non-functional, and technical specifications, to guide development and implementation
- Experience in the development and analysis of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Knowledge of the risk management process and tool set
- Ability to develop and execute test plans and analyze results
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of engineering software tools, including Pro Engineer or CREO CAD, or tool sets such as SolidWorks, C++, MATLAB, or ANSYS
- Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle
- Knowledge of artillery and mortar systems
- Ability to lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) discussions and present findings to senior leaders
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
