You will provide direct support to the combat development and integration efforts with material developers and test organizations. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with performing systems engineering or integration in DoD ground combat systems
  • 5+ years of experience with coordinating and tracking engineering efforts to integrate and test C4ISR or EW hardware or software with material developers and test organizations on vehicles or boats
  • Experience with integrating C4ISR equipment to meet common requirements across multiple platforms and commercial products acquired on urgent timelines
  • Experience with developing POA&Ms, monitoring, or driving schedule, and reporting on progress and issues
  • Experience with identifying, analyzing, and proposing program risks, issues, opportunities, and managing handling plans
  • Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a cross functional team, work independently, and demonstrate initiative to complete complex tasks to achieve program goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with electronic Assured PNT, Counter UAS, or remotely controlled weapon systems
  • Experience working with integration warfare centers
  • Ability to learn and solve problems quickly and creatively
  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
  • INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications, such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification
