About The Position

This is a fully in-person position based at our Augusta campus. Candidates must reside within a commutable driving distance or be willing to relocate prior to start date. Position: Systems Supply Chain Analyst Location: Augusta, Maine Schedule: Full Time Shift: Days What You’ll Do As an Analyst on our Supply Chain team, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the systems that keep our operations running efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Supply Chain and ParEx systems, maintaining configurations, user access, security, and performance
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, implementations, and testing initiatives
  • Recommend workflow and system improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
  • Proactively communicate system updates, downtimes, and enhancements to stakeholders
  • Lead installation, configuration, auditing, and optimization of ParEx stations and data
  • Manage item files, bin assignments, par levels, substitutions, and inventory settings
  • Support new unit go-lives, remodels, and workflow transitions
  • Oversee end-to-end item creation, configuration, and maintenance processes
  • Ensure item records are accurate, complete, standardized, and compliant with governance standards
  • Serve as the primary steward of item master integrity to support purchasing, inventory control, reporting, and informed decision-making
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and supply chain trends
  • Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
  • Standardize and document processes to reduce manual work and improve consistency
  • Provide end-user support and training to ensure confident system utilization
