This entry‑level role focuses on resume disposition, basic candidate screening and funneling qualified candidates to the Lead Recruiter for phone screens. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1 year of recruiting experience
Strong written communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
Comfortable working onsite in Uptown Dallas.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in customer service, HR, or administrative role
Familiarity with ATS platforms is helpful but not mandatory.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Professional, friendly communication style.
Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Candidate Pipeline Support
Review and disposition large volumes of resumes within the ATS.
Conduct basic email‑based screening using standardized templates and criteria.
Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements and escalate qualified candidates to the Lead Recruiter.
Special projects as assigned
Communication & Coordination
Send screening questions and follow‑up communications to applicants.
Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Schedule phone screens between candidates and the Lead Recruiter as needed.
ATS & Documentation
Update candidate statuses and notes in the ATS with accuracy and consistency.
Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and documentation standards.
Collaboration
Work closely with the Lead Recruiter to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Provide regular updates on candidate pipeline progress and bottlenecks.
