ROLE PROFILE Establishing Talent Acquisition as a value driver - ensuring we have the talent horsepower we need to deliver our ambition for The West. Reporting directly to the SVP, People & Culture – WEST and leading a team of 3 people. This role aligns our Talent Acquisition efforts with our business goals by managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to offer and onboarding. Partnering & collaborating with our business leaders, developing inclusive sourcing strategies, creating engaging candidate experiences, analysing recruitment metrics, and providing market insights to shape long term talent strategies. Core Capabilities include; Strategic Partnering; Stakeholder Collaboration; Sourcing & Attraction; Candidate Experience; Recruitment Management; Market Intelligence; Data Analysis & Reporting; and Diversity & Inclusion. CANDIDATE PROFILE Experience of leading change & transformation within a matrixed environment, in addition to having had the opportunity to set standard & build out a TA function previously, is advantageous. We’re changing the way we do things and need to lead the business & the team through the journey – aiming for 7-10yrs experience. A background in part on the agency side as well as on the corporate side, in an internal role at leadership level is essential. This is a hands-on role, sleeves rolled up, working leader – we need a self-starter, a driven individual who can deliver at pace. Able to hold themselves & others accountable, enabling higher team performance by developing people. The ability to get things done through other people is currency here, in terms of relationship building & being able to influence without authority. This role has exposure to every level of our organization and being able to communicate succinctly, use data & insights to help make business decisions and build trust with people is key. Being commercial & strategic is essential. Being accretive to our culture, non-negotiable. Lockton culture is the key to our growth as a business. The role will be based in Denver, Los Angeles or San Francisco – it’s in-office minimum 3 days per week and needs to travel, on average once per month within the continental US. This position may be eligible for annual discretionary bonus consideration.
