About The Position

As a Recruiting Coordinator in Mesa, AZ for Garney Construction you will have the opportunity to support the recruiting team. You will assist with posting job ads, pre-employment paperwork, and handling the employee referral program. Being successful in this position requires being bilingual in English/Spanish, computer skills, and communication skills.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail, grammar, and organizational skills
  • Solid computer skills, including experience with Microsoft office, AI tools, and cloud-based file organization
  • Bilingual- English/ Spanish required

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining templates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Supporting and completing various onboarding tasks
  • Reviewing job ads for consistency and optimizing them for better performance
  • Organizing and expanding our application question database
  • Proofreading and refining SOPs and training materials
  • Assisting with scheduling assessments and other candidate pre-screening processes
  • Assist with the oversight and tracking of the employee referral program
  • Supporting the College Recruiting Team with tasks related to recruiting interns and enhancing the overall internship experience
