The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team across all entities. This role helps ensure a smooth, organized, and timely hiring process by managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, job postings, and ATS data accuracy. The coordinator works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to maintain consistent workflows and deliver a positive candidate experience. As hiring demands continue to grow, the TA Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping recruiting operations efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational staffing needs.
