About The Position

Consumer demand is at an all-time high. Unlike traditional debt relief options like settlement, collections, or bankruptcy, the consumer rights attorneys offer a unique and specialized service, disputing clients’ debts and helping them take control of their financial futures. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team across all entities. This role helps ensure a smooth, organized, and timely hiring process by managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, job postings, and ATS data accuracy. The coordinator works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to maintain consistent workflows and deliver a positive candidate experience. As hiring demands continue to grow, the TA Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping recruiting operations efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational staffing needs.

Requirements

  • At least one (1) year of HR, recruiting, or administrative support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS or HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-service oriented, with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating interview scheduling across multiple departments and entities.
  • Assist with career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach efforts.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-hire documentation (background checks, assessments, etc.).
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates to support a positive experience.
  • Maintain accuracy and organization within the ATS, ensuring candidate records, statuses, and notes are up-to-date.
  • Support TA Manager and Recruiters with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Communicate scheduling details and interview materials to hiring managers across all entities.
  • Assist in coordinating training sessions, onboarding schedules, or hiring-related meetings.
  • Ensure consistency in processes across entities when possible, while adapting to unique business needs.
  • Represent the organization professionally and positively at every stage of communication.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely, clear communication.
  • Support employer branding efforts by posting content, monitoring job board activity, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local hiring regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve scheduling efficiency, or enhance candidate communication.
  • Support documentation and organization of SOPs, templates, and hiring guides.
