Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruitment function by assisting with scheduling, candidate communication, and administrative logistics to keep the hiring process running smoothly. The role maintains candidate records, coordinates interviews, assists with job postings and offer letters, and helps ensure a positive candidate experience through timely updates and organized workflows. By handling operational tasks such as documentation, database management, and onboarding support, the coordinator enables recruiters and hiring managers to focus on evaluating talent and making hiring decisions. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide critical operational and administrative support in a fast-growing startup environment. This role partners closely with Recruiters and hiring leaders to ensure a seamless "behind-the-scenes" experience for every candidate. You will be the engine of the Talent team, moving quickly to solve scheduling puzzles and ensuring every interaction reflects the excellence we bring to our patients and partners.
