The Talent Acquisition Partner will develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to attract, engage, and hire top talent throughout the United States. Reporting to the HRBP Americas, this role will focus on proactive recruitment strategies, building and managing talent pipelines, and cultivating relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. Additionally, this role will oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and may provide operational support occasionally.
