What You’ll Own: As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you won’t just fill roles — you’ll build the future of our workforce. You will: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business entities. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their teams and hiring goals. Lead, coach, and develop a recruiting team that delivers results. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Build and strengthen our employer brand in the community and online. Plan and participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach. Improve onboarding and orientation experiences for new hires. Use data and recruiting metrics to drive smarter hiring decisions. Design programs that improve employee referrals and retention.
