The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for executing the full cycle recruiting process for management level roles and coordinating all onboarding logistics from offer acceptance through training launch. This role ensures our management hiring process is organized, timely, and professional. It owns the administrative and coordination aspects of recruiting and onboarding, ensuring that candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners experience a structured and efficient process. This position does not deliver training but ensures all logistics, communication, documentation, and preparation are completed accurately and on time.
