About The Position

MGT is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) to support the dynamic hiring needs of our growing firm by identifying, assessing, and connecting the best talent to the right roles. You will recruit across a wide portfolio of professional-level positions spanning multiple disciplines and geographies across the United States. As a trusted partner to the business, you will serve as a candidate advocate, talent advisor, and champion of MGT’s mission and values. You will play a key role in helping MGT remain an employer of choice and contribute directly to the firm’s continued growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five (5) or more years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills to gain buy-in and drive alignment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting within professional services environments preferred
  • Experience in both corporate and executive search settings preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting processes including developing recruitment strategies and sourcing, qualifying, and closing candidates
  • Champion the candidate experience by setting clear expectations and maintaining timely, transparent communication
  • Serve as a consultant to hiring managers by providing guidance on recruiting best practices, interviewing, and selection strategies
  • Foster a culture of recruiting excellence through training and coaching hiring teams
  • Champion inclusion and diversity throughout the recruitment process to drive equitable hiring outcomes
  • Partner with the broader HR team to support employer branding initiatives
  • Use data and market insights to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and continuously improve processes
  • Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for process improvements based on trends and best practices
  • Embody and promote MGT’s core values throughout all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Support additional recruiting initiatives and HR projects as needed
