About The Position

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting across all Good Place Holdings brands while remaining hands-on in full-cycle recruitment. This working supervisor role blends strategic oversight with direct recruiting responsibilities, ensuring we attract and retain talent aligned with our mission, culture, and organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing recruiting and retention data to guide strategy
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and best practices
  • Knowledge of employment laws (EEO, ADA, FCRA, etc.)
  • Talent sourcing, recruitment marketing, and employer branding
  • Strategic thinking, coaching, and leadership
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation to inform recruiting strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Ability to evaluate candidates fairly and uphold confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory or mentorship experience preferred
  • SHRM or HRCI certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and strengthen the recruiting function across all Good Place Holdings brands
  • Develop and execute data-driven recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs
  • Evaluate recruiting outcomes and retention trends to improve hiring practices and workforce stability
  • Coach and provide oversight to Talent Acquisition staff
  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure consistent practices across brands
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and data integrity within ATS and HRIS systems
  • Manage recruitment for selected roles, especially complex, leadership, or specialized positions
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for skill fit and cultural alignment
  • Support interviews, collaborate with hiring teams, and assist with offers and onboarding
  • Build and maintain Good Place Holdings’ reputation as an employer of choice
  • Develop relationships with colleges, workforce programs, and community partners to strengthen talent pipelines
  • Support social media, outreach, and recruiting events to enhance employer branding
