About The Position

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will be an essential driver of growth and represent our purpose and values in attracting top talent. The incumbent will manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions, supporting hiring for our future bakery in Salt Lake City. This role reports to the Sr Talent Acquisition Manager and is based in Salt Lake City, UT. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role that requires a strong on-site presence. You can expect to be on-site 3–5 days per week to support hiring events, facilitate interview sessions, and build strong partnerships with local HR and operations teams. You also stay closely connected to the market, bringing insights to hiring managers around sourcing strategies and evolving candidate motivations. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly desired. The Critical Success Factors You will be most successful if you: Have a track record of success in finding, attracting, assessing, and closing top talent at both hourly and exempt levels Build strong, credible relationships with hiring managers by understanding business goals and advising on talent strategy Guide hiring managers and candidates through the interview process with a strong focus on both business needs and candidate experience Champion diversity in recruitment practices to drive diverse hiring outcomes Improve key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and retention Leverage tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, or other ATS platforms to inform and optimize recruiting efforts Ownership of the work you are responsible for. You’ll support a factory that operates 24x7, you’ll need to flex and adjust to meet needs across all shifts and schedules.

Requirements

  • Ability to thrive with requisition management while showing extreme agility. You’ll need to successfully alternate between unique one-off searches, while balancing high-volume front-line roles at the same time.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to source and place candidates
  • Willingness to participate in job fairs and hiring events as needed
  • Regular communication with hiring managers to build rapport, understand needs, and ensure expectations are met
  • Maintain accurate and timely records within the ATS
  • Escalate hiring challenges or barriers proactively
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to clearly articulate company culture and business priorities
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Passion for talent acquisition and delivering great candidate experience
